I had a mixed experience during my stay at the resort. The pool area was definitely the highlight, providing a lot of fun for the kids, but I was disappointed with the restaurant service which left much to be desired. The cleanliness of the room was also lacking, and the elevator situation was frustrating. Overall, while there are great features here, a few issues can put a damper on the enjoyment.
